Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Because our products are sourced and shipped directly from our supply partners, please allow an additional handling and transit period. In total, most orders are delivered within approximately 10–18 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations, Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery: free for orders of £50 and over; otherwise a flat rate is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Express delivery: available at checkout. Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after processing.

European Union

  • Standard international delivery: estimated 3–5 business days after processing.

International

  • Standard international delivery to selected countries: estimated 3–5 business days after processing.

Please note that the delivery windows above are estimates that begin after the order processing and handling period, and may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and any customs clearance required.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you if a delay occurs.
